Coral Springs is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Coral Springs is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Eagle Trace is a challenging track. It felt like every fairway had just enough bounce and slope to feed balls toward the water, so course management really matters here. Greens and overall conditions were excellent, and the layout keeps you thinking on every shot.

Eagle Trace is just a beautiful golf course. Everything about it feels clean, polished, and really well maintained. The layout is fun, the conditions were great, and the whole course has that classic country club feel without making you feel like you accidentally wandered into a board meeting. The scenery was awesome too. A lot of courses in South Florida can start feeling interchangeable after a whileβ¦ same flat holes, same houses, same palm trees staring at you judging your slice. Eagle Trace actually stands out. The course has character, and every hole felt enjoyable to play. Just an all-around great experience. One of those courses where you finish the round already thinking about when you can come back. Canβt wait to play it again.

Course layout was ok, not really worth $150 fees, on top of that they were running behind on tee times, then the starter after one hole addressed us about keeping up with the group in front of us, when they were only 200 yards ahead of us. I also saw a group of 5 playing and they were not addressed at all by the rude starter/ranger. Thereβs plenty of other courses around this area that are much with your money.

Course in great condition, fast greens. A good test of golf for all levels. Great layout and use of water - I played from the red tees, my husband from white tees and it was great fun for us both - highly recommend. And some elegant wildlife in support! Thank you π€©

April, 2025: The greens are at their best: smooth with very good speed. July 2024: It may be the best time to play this fun, interesting, and challenging track. Everything is very good, except the greens are slower than what I prefer. July 2023: The greens are good, although the speed is a bit slower. The fairway and tee box conditions are acceptable. Playing here was like owning the whole golf course; it was very few people here. It should attract more players if the green fees are priced correctly; I think the fees are too high during summer when compared to nearby courses in similar or better conditions. Circa 2021: The conditions have improved a lot. The course is very playable. This is a very challenging and fun course from every tee. Go play it and you won't be disappointed!
